Travelling as work and hobby

I have been traveling much as a hobby and because of my international projects.
I have taken here on these pages, some pictures shot during my trips.
In 2006 I visited in Izmir, a beutiful city in Turkey. This was actually a business trip and our host arranged a nice trip to the ancient city of Ephesos.

I visited with my family in Prague in 2006. It was soon after the christmas so there were lot of christmas stuff all around.

We have made several trips to the Italy and Rome, one of my favourite cities in Europe. Firenze is as well one of my favourites in Italy.
Other nice cities where I have visited in Italy: San Remo, San Bartolomeo, Genoa, Rapallo, Porto Fino, Venice, Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Urbino. Some interesting Etruscian cities around Rome: Civita Castellana and Cerveteri + others I haven't yet been but have a strong intention to go.

Greece: Athens, Delfoi, Vouliameni, Sounio, Ionian islands and Crete: Iraklion, Rethimnon, Matala.

England and London ofcourse, Stone henge and Bath - an acent Roman bath situates in the town.

Geneva in Switzerland, Paris, Cologne and Magdebourg in Germany and Bussels in Belgia of course.

Portugal: Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais.

Morocco: Agadir, Marracech, some costal and mountain villages

Spain: Barcelona, Canary Islands.

Sweden: Stockholm

Estonia: Tallin

Traveling in Finland

Izmir, Turkey 2006. The entrance of a tea house in the center of Izmir.

The only far east country is China: Beijing Forbidden City , Summer Palace. Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven Park, Bell and Drum Tower, Jingshan Park (Coal Hill), Bei Hai Park, Zoo, Budhist temple.

None of these pictures - you'll see on my pages are not trivial "tourist shots" because there are lot of those all around. This is just my personal way to see some nice things.

It will take some time to get all to the web because many of them are in dia format and have to be scanned first. There is not so much time available at the moment - but some day yes.
